INFINITE LOADING SCREEN

Apex stuck in loading screen I tried every methods in the internet no luck I install the game 3 times still stuck in loading screen, I check task manager and the network tab is 0 percent. I restart my router and do the ipconfig also try disconnecting and connecting ethernet didnt work.
