seems this issue is back. Battlefield V on Xbox one X. Just downloaded the new dashboard update and it reloaded with this issue, every price of text had been replaced with this code and it not cannot connect to EA online be, any thoughts on how to repair this without having to reinstall this game and a potential 209gb download

Think I solved it, I deleted all the game saved data in the Xbox console and it then re-synced and downloaded the BFV console/menu update again. Worked this time around. Though I've lost all the campaign saved progress as a result. Beats having to re download the whole game though.

@kalexan273 Same issue here. I was able to make out two boxes underneath the jumbled text. First, I clicked on the right box, which didn't do anything, then I clicked on the left box and it applied a mini update, took 2 seconds, then it was fine. So try to identify the left box in the middle of the screen, something like "mandatory_update" in the text. Fixed it for me.
