I wish someone would actually help me

I just made an account and before I loaded into a game I got banned right off the bat. What I don’t understand is that I’ve brought this to EAs attention and they’ve told me to “make a new account” or “submit a ticket” but everytime I make a new account the same thing happens and everytime I submit a help ticket, the TOS team just kicks it back and tells me that I was cheating. How am I cheating if I haven’t even played the game yet. Makes no sense and I’m getting no help at all.

Have you tried turning off any overlays or programs that might be running in the background that could affect the program in some way?

Discord overlays and things like that can sometimes cause issues.

Also have you been banned previously for any reason?
