I was issued a ban

I just got a PC for Christmas, my dad bought it off of eBay, and today I installed windows 10 on it, after downloading steam and apex, I launched the game and was banned after logging into my EA account, WHICH i've spent at least 50$! Makes 0 sense... I've tried getting help from steam forums to see if it was an issue with steam but then i downloaded the EA origin launcher and it was still true, my account had been banned almost instantly... If this is permanent then I don't think ill ever touch an EA game again. My cash is now gone and so is my account that I've spent hundreds of hours in is useless...

Use Manage my account > Banned or suspended account

There are many players that got hacked and banned, because of this EA cant handle that many tickets and taking very long time, they don't care how much money or how much time you wasted in your game, maybe you can call them and make the process a little faster :/

It is very important to enable the double verification to avoid this problem.
