I was banned for no reason, i think it might have been an auto ban

I moved from SC where i created my account to Minnesota 4 months ago when i tried playing apex i was banned in the loading screen it might have auto banned me since my ip / location changed. I purchased 43$ worth of points tried playing a game with a new character and was banned last time i palyed the game was on release with my friends. 

If needed i can prove my identity / location with State id changes
