I want to switch phone accounts

I had a really good account on my old Samsung s5 neo and I have moved to iphone because I smashed my other phone to pieces. It will not let me use my old account on my new phone even though I am using the google play account. Please can you restore my account

If you still have the previous device, it is possible that linking via Facebook will allow you to change platform and retain progress. This is not confirmed though.
