My Apex account was mistakenly banned on July 29th. I have appealed and your review department did verify the situation. On August 18th, they overturned my ban, proving that it was a misunderstanding. However, when I was banned, there were still 10 days left until my pass ended. I have already reached level 105 and only need one or two more days to reach level 110 and receive the reward for evolved skins. As the ban lasted for almost 20 days, I was unable to complete the pass. I really love the game Apex Legends. I have invested a lot of time, money, and energy, but I have not been able to get the pass reward that belongs to me. This is really frustrating and makes people lose the motivation to continue playing. I hope to receive compensation for the reward that I originally deserved. Now that I've proven my innocence, should you give me a chance to regain the final rewards of last season's pass that I was entitled to?I asked the advisor for help many times and they said they would be happy to help me, but they don't have the authority. Now I want to know who should I appeal to?
