I've followed every possible link, clicked every unsubscibe button etc about a week  ago, but the game is still saying I'm subbed on the character selection screen, I still have all of the subscriber benefits, and I just received my monthly cartel coins. My game time should have run out 2 days ago. I can't get hold of support, my in game ticket is just sitting there, the Australian support phone number literally plays a message on a loop telling me to come here then hangs up. What do I do next?

@proxos666 As stated in the OP I've used every available link and the phone number literally plays a message on a loop telling me to ask here then hangs up on me. I'm in Australia.

@proxos666I have called it multiple times. There's no getting through. It's just a recorded message and then it hangs up.

the lines where down for covid but they are back up now, you will get a recorded message though if you call outside the listed hours

 

I work time as 1am to 10am for QLD etc
