I use a RC6GS V3 radio transmitter in Need for Speed. Where do I calibrate it?

I use a RC6GS V3 radio transmitter to play Need for Speed. I calibrated it on 'Set Up USB Game Controllers' in Windows 11. It works, but when I pull the throttle the car goes in reverse. I tried to go into NFS settings, and I put all the sensitivities on medium, but I'm still going in reverse. What should I do?

I tried to go into NFS settings - Controls/Sensitivity Tuning/Customize, I put all the sensitivities on medium, but I'm still going in reverse, and the speeds are very slow. Ho do I fix this?
