I played PVZ Garden Warfare 2, and i redeemed the code that gives us the special content (As I bought deluxe edition). I got the coin pack and the special imp but I didnt get the special character customization pack and i did not get the emoji pack....Please help!

I put in the code. Its just that nothing is showing up. I looked in the characters area and I also am missing the grass effect imp. I have nothing now..... It confirmed the code saying "YOu have purchased Plants VS Zombies Garden Warfare 2: Deluxe Edition...
