I purchased the exclusive Loba and P2020 skins and I never received them.

So, on the 27th I bought 30 dollars worth of apex coins to buy the exclusive loba and p20 skins. When I clicked on them it said I got them but I still had my apex coins. So, I checked and the little red dots are there and there are no new skins. So, I restarted my Xbox and even reinstalled apex. Nothin worked so I called the support hotline and they said they’d put in like the info or whatever and nothing has happened. So, I really would like to know if I can do anything about this, cause I really want theses skins.
