I need my heirloom back

I had an account with username Notkostabill in platform ps4 in this account I had an octane heirloom but I couldn't log in so I started again a new account In pc and started over again the username is not_kostabill an platform pc 

I would like to get my heirloom in this account for frea cause I lost my other account you can check the old account and see that I had the octane heirloom and that I haven't log in for a while and my new account right know I am like 80 level 

Please if you can give me some heirloom shards so I can get my heirloom for my mane player in this account again thnx for reading

Heirloom will stay on Ps4.

Why can't you log in?
I hope that you remember your Ps4 account and the Ea account you used the first time you launched Apex legends on console.

If you are able to launch the game on console,
do you encounter any error when pressing continue in game in order to log in?

Sorry to say @not_kostabill but it is not possible to move in-game items or progress between platforms. If playing on PS4 previously and now starting on PC then you would be starting over fresh and it is not possible to transfer any items.
