I need help with my apex legends settings.

Hello! 1 or 2 weeks ago i got 7 kills almost every game, pretty decent right? I decided to change my sensitivity because i thought i would get better. Which was not the case. Can i find my old sensitivity because i don't remember it. If not can someone help me find the right sensitivity because i'm really struggling with that now.

I don't think there is any way to restore to your old sensitivity settings but when you go in-game set it to something you feel that is close to what it was.
Your muscle memory will start to kick in after a couple of games and adapt to the little change.

You can base upon your other games' sensitivities if you play other FPS games.

You can go in firing range and just change the value's till you feel something that feels "oke" or close enough that you can hit targets accurately.
Your muscle memory will correct itself to the change over time.

Just play with the values till something feels alright
