I need clarification.

I've been subbed since Friday, the 16th, and have been told multiple different things from many of my friends. Will I get a free 60 eventually? I did not recieve the expansion early access or the free 60 today, but someone told me on the 27th all subscribers will get a free 60 because it comes with the expansion. Can someone please clarify and provide a source that is not vague? Or an EA guy respond? Thank you. I'm very confused lol.

Those who got early access can create a free level 60 today with early access.

Those that did not qualify will receive their free level 60 on the official launch on October 27th.
