Hello, dear EA Reviewer:
I am a loyal APEX player, I have been in contact with this game for four years since 2019, this is my beloved account, I have never used it to do illegal things, in the other day, I used my account in the Internet café during a business trip, and then I was banned, I can't confirm whether I received a hacker, but I have evidence to judge that my account has been stolen according to the login address of my account, I usually use the account in REMOVED , But I found out that my account was logged in in REMOVED , and then it was banned, and I feel very sorry!

Unfortunately, we cannot help with account bans on AHQ.
I do strongly recommend using two-factor authentication as this makes accounts harder to hack.

Mind, logging into an internet cafe computer is not safe, cheats can have been installed on this computer without you knowing and flagging your account.
Keyloggers or other malware could have led to the loss of your account.
Sadly we only can guide you to the correct ways to appeal this ban as bans cannot be disputed on the forums.
