I lost crystals due to game lag

Hello I used a node refresh to use extra energy I had and I clicked purchase to use 25 crystals, and then went to buy energy for another mode (50 crystals). when I went back to use energy on the node I just refreshed it still said no attempts remaining, so I tried to purchase it again, I waited and it happened again so I did it once more. Then it finally refreshed the node but I had gone from 997 crystals to 622 even though I had only spent a total of 75 crystals in that time. Is there any way for me to receive my crystals back?
