I lost all of my progression and cant log in at all [ Edited ]

I've had the same ea account for years and been a pc player my whole life recently i tried playing apex and realized i didn't have anything and i was level 1(i had been around level 250),so i checked the rest of my games and sure enough i lost all of my progression and after trying to log onto my ea account(i tried to reset my password and received no emails) i don't know what to do and im stressing because i have a collective 1200+ hours on all my games. This is the same email and account but all the progression is still lost and i cant login anywhere else

If you're not seeing any progression and are also not receiving any emails when trying to reset your account password, it would be best to get in touch with our support team directly so they can take a look over the account and for any other potential accounts that may have been used in the past.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
