I lost all my progress for plants vs zombies battle for neighborville

when I logged on into my game it took back to the beginning of the game and I lost all my progress and I had so much stuff and now it is gone and I don’t know what to do so please help

this happened to me too Im playing on Nintendo switch it asked to me update it and I did but then it started from the beginning of the game
