I keep getting the C12 Error code when I try to go to Tatooine

As the title above shows, whenever I try to exit my ship to Tatooine I get the C12 error message, and I have no idea how to fix it

This program encountered an internal error and will exit

Error code: C12

Failed to load room dat file

[//word/areas/4611686018427650020/int_czerka_abandon_11.dat]

Reason: Not foun

You may have to reload the area to use this room by GUID (e.g. as default skyscene)

I would greatly appreciate help if you could.

Repair

Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.

If this is NOT present, click the cog icon and then run the repair option.
Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut,

select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher

I would try a repair from the launcher.

Yeah, repair from  Launcher. One of the planet's DAT files seems to be missing or is corrupt.

Worse case scenario : full reinstall of SWTOR, no need to touch the OS tho.

Though there is one problem, the repair button is grey and I cannot click it

 have this problem trying to go to Balmora but I cant do either of the two option you tell us to do. my launcher is not streaming and the repair is greyed out and I have no bitraider files.

@Babacheck Everyone has Bitraider files contained in their /program files/(EA/Swtor)/ files.. Right Click your Launcher shortcut on your desktop and select Open File Location.. will help you get there easier.

If he installed the game in year one, it is possible there are no BitRaider files, as they added it during 2.0.

I'm also getting the C12 error, but for Rishi. 

Launcher repair won't work. I click it, restart the launcher, it is greyed out, but won't repair. 

I also don't have a Bitraider folder/file to delete.
