I haven't gotten some rewards of Overture of Tides of War until now!

I reached Chapter Rank 20 during Overture and I got the golden dog tag of overture, but i didn't receive the skins of the weapons from Rank 14 to Rank 20 .(including two skins for planes, two skins for tanks , White Tiger Skin for AG/M42 and Outfit Dead Man's Hand) i have contacted the advisors, the specialist team and the Supervisor in EA Help, but they said they have no access to add skins form their ends. Also they asked me to post it on the forum.My case ID is : 46802400 (the Supervisor asked me to post it as well). i hope the dev of Battlefield V can see my post and help me. The dev can find Overture Gold dog tag which proves that i did reach Rank 20.
The list of the things I lost:
Chapter Rank 14: Spitfire Mk VA Airplane Body HELLGRAU.
Chapter Rank 15: Bf 109 Airplane Body MEDITERRANEAN DESERT.

Chapter Rank 17: Panzer IV Tank Body ZITADELLE.
Chapter Rank 18: Valentine Mk VIII Tank Body HOMEGUARD.
Chapter Rank 19: Ag m/42 Weapon Set WHITE TIGER.
Chapter Rank 20: Soldier Set Dead Man’s Hand.

@sheljune the only course of action is to contact EA Support as this is a community driven (ie gamers helping gamers) technical self help forum so we don't have access to your account and cannot grant account unlocks.

Thanks for your help! But EA Help said that they didn't have the access to add skins and they asked me to go to Answer HQ and Battlefield Forum for help. I hope the dev of Battlefield can see my post.
