I haven't got my currency [ Edited ]

Hello, I am really frustrated right now. I did two orders but only I got one of them but the money was charged on both. In Apex I only got currency of one order only not second. I ordered 5000 coins and 1000 coins but I only got 5000 only not 1000 but I got charged on both. Help me! I need immediate assistance!
