I have to leave the lobby and reconnect to que up a new game

How come, that since december there is still the problem that after a game I need to leave my squad, or if im single queing go back to the main menu, after EVERY single game I play in order to ready up for a new game. If I dont do this I dont get to join the game and is stuck in the lobby. Very annoying.
