I have played the game and now it wont let me in, can anyone help?

When i'm trying to get in plants vs Zombies garden warfare 2 on ps4 it say you are to young or your login is not right, but i have played it before it is really anoying and it keeps on popping up but i tryd to do some thing on it and nothing worked we even set up my parentel control to don't restrict (i'm 16) and now i really wont to play it please help
