I have no platinum cars (xbox one)

I have pre-ordered the xbox one version and downloaded the platinum car pack but I couldn't find any free car in my garage. When I unlocked these cars at car dealers I found that they were not for free. I have no idea what's wrong with it.

I had the same issue on PS4. I reinstalled the game completely, this resolved the problem.

No. I don't know about PS4 but just fine on my Xbox.
