Since the beginning of the season legacy I had freezing problems during the games, I have written to EA and they have not solved anything, I have attached a video that begins with an audio problem and ends up freezing the screen. This has made apex for me unplayable, each game I suffer from freezing sometimes up to 3 or 4 times in game. It is impossible to play and I have spent a lot of money in my account and now I cannot even go through a game without this problem happening to me. It is not a connection problem, I have already initialized the ps4 many times, uninstalled and installed apex, restored the licenses, but nothing is resolved, it is an error in the Apex app. I want a solution because this problem happens to me and because there is no one talking about this and there is no one to tell me a solution.
