Can EA help me. I got banned via fairfight for nothing. I got banned earlier : 1 week suspension - LvL3 Monitoring Active #o3Z82z. I was playing sniper all the time. After a week i could play normally and idk what was the reason i got banned. I thought it was a mistake but after two weeks of playing i got banned for good. It was 2 days before the new year. Now i got banned for good and in my bf1 companion where the fairfight codes are it says: You was kicked by the FairFight reason: Banned code #RSuhf1. Now i can't play matchmaking and server browser and it's pisses my off because i did nothing wrong. In some games i had high scores and in some games i had bad scores. Can somebody help with this problem. I really wanna play this game again . Please help me. Thanks. For being sure i calle the IT specialist to check my computer if it had any viruses or hacking softwares. After cleaning all my drives and restarting my computer to fabric configuration the guy said that i dno't have any of that on my computer. The only programs that i'm using when playing games is msi gaming app and msi afterburner. I'm playing also the GTA online , counter-strike Go , overwatch with the same hardware and software and i don't get any of that issues. Please help me and thanks.

Something is definitely wrong with Fairfight. I once was a gaming addict going back to titles such as battlefield series , Tom clancy games, rogue spears , ravenshield etc etc. All my years of gaming i have never thought of, attempted or have been accused of cheating. Defeats the purpose of gaming, the challenge. I part time game now on a leisurely basis. This past weekend 3 mins into a game with a score of 300, i was disconnected with the fairfight disconnection message, i checked my email for further information on my account. EA accused me of cheating, which is defamation of character without any proof, just the generic scripted response from the support team. It is useless to contact their support, it appears they do not comprehend any form of communication sent to them. And just respond with generic script. Do yourself a favor, switch to other gaming titles.. .. I'll be going back to Ravenshield myself. I will no longer support a company with such poor support for their consumers. And to accuse legitimate dedicated gamers of such actions is really a big mistake on their part.
