I got banned for no reason

One day i went on pvz battle for neighborville with a anti virus program on my pc and the game disabled my account i have sent multiple cases to ea and it still hast been fixed i play on pc and my username is hotshot0813

@hotshot0813 even if ea were to respond, they probably wont unban you as it would cost them money to look into
