I got ban my apex account

Hello!

I see ban mail form ea.log my account i see 20kill badges and damage badges in my account.i try to play game i see ban msg.contact Ea support few days after i got mail from TOS team they said it not unban why in not use cheat. Unfortunately spend so much money for heirloom

If you disagree or feel the rules were not broken, you can appeal the ban once more with Terms of Service if you can include any additional information you think may be relevant.
