I got a ban but there is no info about it

I recently got banned but there is no emails about it and when i look at "ban history" there is only one ban for harrasment with no info about it except for a date for july of 2022 which is about 8 months ago which i also didnt know about it.

I was recently stuck in a bot lobby in mix tape which i couldnt leave and i had to kill a single bot 31 times to get out of that match !!

Could that trigger some kind of a ban ? Please help me understand what kind of ban i have. Also i have never recieved a ban email ever. I dont want to lose my account over something i have no control over after grinding 3 years fo an heirloom. How can i get unbanned?

All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

You can also check out your ban history here, but please note not all bans may appear here:

The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

Same thing happened to me ,Got banned with no clear info on why i was banned ,first amil i got after putting a dispute said i was banned for some toxic word i said 3 months ago but i had already got 3 day suspension for that back then.
Right now in ''my ban history'' it shows active ban but in reason tab it doesn't say anything. I put the dispute again two time but only got the same reply saying my account was banned correctly.
This was a very frustrating experience, i deal with cheaters, ddoser every 2nd match on Asia server and now at this point i may actually starting hacking as well

Same thing just happened to me. 7 day ban with no reasoning. Can’t get into my NHL23 or my apex. Honestly so confused.

The same thing happened to me. Apex subreddit has daily topics about Mixtape lobbies being full of bots, but sadly the mods delete them before people manage to read them and realise how big of an issue that is right now, because innocent players are banned due to things that are out of their control. I quote a mod as of why those posts are deleted: "Low-effort or low-quality posts hinder meaningful discussion from flourishing and will be removed at the moderators' discretion.". If you go to the Apex subreddit and filter by "Now" instead of "Today', I guarantee you that you will see at least one similar post every few hours. Here are some topics that were opened in the last 48h. I think this is the case, because I had the same with a deathmatch recently. However, they won't give me any info about what reasonI was banned for other than "violating the TOS". I really hope the team can get their stuff together and revert these sorts of bans

I don't think anyone on here will be able to find out what the exact reason of your ban was.

As far I'm aware, they can't always release information to why you got banned, though I'm not sure about that.

Either way, these types of things cannot be dealt with on AHQ so your only hope would be to contact the TOS team.
