I feel disappointed after the code:net issue..

I’ve been a loyal supporter to this game since week 1, I spent more that 3000$ on this game. Also spent too much time on it (played more than 20k games).


At the end of season 7, I got the code:net/infinite black screen error. This issue lasted more than 3 months, I missed alot of events, cosmetics, and teasers! Tried to be patient and contacting EA help on Twitter, EA help on Website, and the team tried their best to help me out. After these 3 months I got my account back online 2 weeks ago. I was happy and thankful that I got my account back, but sadly all my stats, badges and trackers were all reset back to zero!

 

When I contacted the customer service, they’ve told me that my stats are gone and it’s probably impossible to get it back and they promised me with a make-good grant that will satisfy me. Now it’s been 2 weeks and I got nothing.

 

Also I was told that every player who was affected by code:net issue will be compensated with a make-good grant.

 

So now I’m expecting 2 make-good grant compensations. One for the code:net issue that lasted for more than 3 months on my account, and the other one is for losing all my stats (I had +1000 kills on every legend, all badges, and all legend tackers), losing these stats are too frustrating and annoying!!!

When I will be getting these compensations? I need an answer please. (I hope these compensations will satisfy me).
