I don’t have home ticket

On the sims mobile before I updated it I had home tickets but now I can’t earn them there is not even a space for them so what do I do?

I think you mean the Heirloom tickets, they got renamed at some point. 

You can go to the ticket menu and actually click on the tickets you want to earn to see how you can earn them.
