Hey @taeyeon_e2, there is no need to spam responses. We will respond to you when we can and going forward I would suggest using the tagging function in a post directed to a CM.

Can I ask you to run the DxDiag again and ensure that you set the language on your system to English as otherwise, I will be unable to read it properly?
