I didnt get my badge but i did what it required

I have a problem with my badge coz i did a match with 16 kills and 3000+ dmg but after i wanted to return to lobby my game crashed and i had to restart it and once i did it  the badge wasnt there so i decided to wait a day but it isnt there today its like my match never registered i need help coz i was sweating hard for that badge
