I did not get crates after reaching Gold 1 level

I reached gold 1 level while playing as GDI. I should have gotten two gold crates but didn’t. I restarted the game but nothing showed up.

Please find attached my persona ID. Kindly help.

The crates did not even show up for me so I don’t know why it says that I got all these items which I didn’t.

This is only happening with GDI but works fine every time I reach a milestone with NOD.

Your rewards have still been added to your account as this happens on the server so you don't need to see the crate opening to get the rewards, which is what happened and how I can confirm you got them. Can you let me know if this happens to you again?
