I did not get any apex coins upon purcase of the bloodhound edition of the game

Title say it all, I bought the Bloodhound edition of the game just over a week ago and have still not gotten the Apex Coins with the Pack. Is there anything I can do to have the content is paid for added to my account.?

If you're missing any content in-game the best thing to do would be to reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. They should be able to pull up your account and look into that for you.
