I deleted a level 8 character that I had a Cartel item in their inventory

I don't have access to a telephone so I can't call the customer service, can someone please help me?

For this you will need to create an in-game ticket on another character and ask for a character restore.  Make sure you include the following

Name of Charater Deleted

Server

Level

Approximate date / time deleted

Generaly turn around for it to be fixed is 2 - 3 business days, but can take up to a week, just depends on fast they get to it.

If you're a subscriber you can submit an in-game ticket as the other guy said. If you're not, you should be able to use Skype to make the call on your computer.
