I could not log in

Hello, I recently logged in my APEX account and found that I could not log in, may I ask what happened? I suspected that the account password was leaked, and I found that my steam account was logged in in a different place six months ago, and the email password was changed at the same time. steam has confirmed that the account was stolen, and after changing the login, I found that my EA account could not log in either.
