I cant log in to ea servers after last update

After the last update I cant log in to ea servers.  I deleted saved data as instructed but still.nothing.  i better not lose my saved player or i want a refund

do you get the issue where it tries to download the latest roster update and then stops at like 15% and gives an error message, cannot connect to server? also yes if  you remove saved data it will start your the one player over. however, if you deleted it "as instructed" then someone likely also told you to back it up first. if it doesnt fix your disconnect issue (it likey wont but it still possibly could) then just revert back to your old file
