I cant connect to apex game

I cant connect to a game just stuck on matchmaking at the lobby and kindly note last week it was fine. I tried to reinstall it but still the game but when I am being invited I able to play the game otherwise just stuck at matchmaking hence kindly check my account it was fine in last season. Its almost 5 days now doing all the troubleshooting I can based from the recommendation from this site but still failed. Hoping for your prompt action.
