I cant acces my account without security key, how do i remove it?

So i haven't played swtor in a guite long time and i want to return to play it, but the problem is that i cant login to my swtor account without the security key and i cant get my security key app working without serial number. So is there a way to get the serial number without logging into my account?

The Serial Number that the app is asking for is only for setting up new Serial Keys, it's provided by the website when you're logged in.

As long as you have access to the email address on your account, you should be able to remove the key using the instructions in @Ahrngrim's link.
