I cannot log in with my xbox live accont

Good morning,
When I click to log in with my xbox live account because I want to sync it, it automatically logs in with an account that doesn't belong to me. And I can't unsync or delete this account as I don't have its email
Please somebody helps me.

If you don't have access to the email on the account, you'll need to go through the account recovery process with an advisor. Please open a case here to do that. Thanks!
