I can't upgrade to the last version, November 2017 (Android)

I have a Samsung S7, and for now I can play PVZ heroes, but when I try to upgrade to the last version (where you receive 3 packs) in the Play Store, it says

"your device isn't compatible with this version". 

Help please!! I am afraid that when it comes the next patch I won't be able to play it :-(

Have you tried deleting and completely reinstalling? Just make sure your account is linked!

Google is currently investigating this issue with Google Play Store.

As a temporary workaround, Google suggests clearing Google Play Store's data from your phone and then trying to install again. To do this, go to Settings > Application Manager > All > Google Play Store > Clear data.

No, I haven't. But my account is linked, and actually I can play it in bluestack and there I was able to download the last update
