I can't update the game [ Edited ]

I just turned on my pc and i wanted to play the game, opened origin and the update started downloading but it cannot install, it keeps showing me this

EDIT: I did a clean boot and the same thing happened, so i canceled the update, did a repair and it started downloading the update but now it's stuck at 79% with 104.88MB downloaded

Well i fixed it, i deleted every VC++ that i had and then i did a repair on the game, it downloaded some VC++ and the update finished.

Have you tried clean reboot ALT+F4

Already tried that and it doesn't work, i found that it also happens with any origin game, already tried runing origin as administrator and cleared the cache but so far it doesn't work
