I can’t sign into Madden 19

So I recently got a new xbox one x and I reinstalled madden to okay, and it asked me to sign in into an old email account, but when I enter my new email into the prompt it says it’s a “duplicate” email.  I have updated the email online and everything checks out on the origin account online but it won’t update on the console. Please please help me

Yes everything is currently up to date. I even made a secondary email just so I could play but when I asked to send a code to my “current email” nothing happened. I however do not have an EA subscription.

Trying to. Make an online franchise with current rosters but every time I try to connect to ea it wants to update my email. Every time I try to type in my email I use it keeps saying duplicate email.
