I can't sign in

I can't seem to sign in to my account. When it asks me to put in my email address, I can't click submit. It just clicks on the email address.

@timmynteddy the mouse pointer seems to be actually pointing to somewhere below where the pointer is displayed...

I'm on Win10, Steam.

I can't sign in to EA Play because

• Mouse pointer displayed at the wrong position, clicking actually selects a point below where the pointer is being displayed
• Keyboard inputs do weird stuff, typing "a" deletes the text I've entered
