I can't receive my ingame purchases
(PS4) I bought Crazy Dave's Frozen Upgrade and the Festive Edition Upgrade and it said it was successful but it doesn't appear in the gift shop, could someone please help me?

@dogeymoonster I would recommend speaking with an advisor for missing items.
