@shaheenjay According to the server status page, all servers are functional right now. I don't know what the issue may be. You could try running the repair function. Although, I do not know if PlayStation can repair the game like how Origin can.

Can we try running through some further troubleshooting to see if it helps with the issues you're seeing? When you've got the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. 

 

If you're still having trouble after that check out the PS4-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you've had a chance to give it a shot. Thanks again.

I tried everything you said and i wait it for the update to see if it will fixed it but it didn’t same problem

Which datacenter do you normally connect to? Have you tried changing to a different one to test and see if that makes a difference at all?

And I disconnected and connected to my phone hotspot and still the same problem

I'm sorry, I meant which datacenter are you connected to in-game? When you're on the Apex Legends title screen you should see an option there to select your datacenter. 

 

Have you tried connecting to a different one there to see if you're still running into the same issue?
