I can't play Apex Legends because of this.

Can anybody tell me how to fix? This occurs in matches and when I try to change my settings (I'm trying to lower my settings). I would really like to give the game a shot since I never could. I tried to fix it before but I gave up. Somebody PLEASE tell me what's wrong.
