I can't link my EA account with my Amazon account. [ Edited ]

I claim exclusive Apex Legends skins but I don't see this skin in my game account.

I try to solve by FAQ but in my EA account not link with amazon prime.

It's error when I login with my EA account.

Error message :

"Something went wrong...

We encountered an error and were unable to complete your request. Please try again in a moment."

After that, It doesn't show the login page, but it show a message that the account has been linked.

So I press the claim button to receive the reward.

But I don't see the reward in my game.

I try to contact with amazon support team.
They recommend me to contact EA support and request to manually unlink and relink my account because EA support are the one who has the capability on doing this since this is there discretion.

I go to my EA account->Connection page, it doesn't have Amazon account link.
