Showdown rewards problem

Today was the end of showdown season and after completion of this event on the 3115 (around )position I got the coins and superstar pack but I didn't receive any elite player as it was mentioned in showdown reward.

I already contacted customer service but they said  when they checked in their system it showed that I got them.

What could I do really I'm disgusted because of this issue.
